Check your balance anytime/anywhere
Owners’ portal up and running!
Remember to those of you who haven’t signed up yet , the myPlace app will give you access to your own payment account, and an ability to log repairs or landscaping issues and generally manage all aspects of your account – via phone, tablet or computer, 24/7.
The portal also has its own app which is compatible with both Android and iOS devices, so you can access your my Place account on the go. It’s already available via the App Store and Play Store – just type in myPlace from Choice Places to download it.You can set up your account via our website (select the MyPlace button, and then “Create an Account”) or via the app (select “Create an Account”) once you’ve downloaded it.
You’ll be asked for your name and home address, along with your email address and phone number, and we’ll use these to set up your account. Our staff will run some security checks and if everything is in order, will create the account and send you your username and password. After that, you’re good to go!
Annual Invoice Due Now
If you have not yet cleared the balance on your Annual Choice Places Invoice, a late payment fee of £10 will have been added to your account.
You have until Wednesday 6 July 2022 to make a payment, before a further late payment fee of £10 will be added to your account.

Annual Invoices Issued
Annual invoices for financial year 2022/23 have been prepared and posted, to arrive on doormats from 23 May. Further information on charges and payment methods will be included with the invoice.
Remember, if you have registered for the portal, you can view your new balance now by checking your statement.
