What We Do

Choice Places manage the repair and maintenance of common hard and soft landscaped areas within estates such as, grassed areas, shrub beds, car parks, paths, play areas, etc.

In addition to managing open areas, we also manage common parts within flatted blocks like drying areas, door entry, common close, roofs and gutters. This involves inspecting and dealing with routine, ad hoc and cyclical repairs as well as managing all other administrational aspects of the factoring service.

Working within the guidelines of the Property Factors Code of Conduct and the legislation laid out in the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011, we work closely with our customers to provide a high quality service allowing them the time to relax and enjoy their home and environment to the full.
